Rachel Lynn Foley is the founder of Foley Law in Independence, Mo., and handles consumer chapter 7s and 13s in both Kansas and Missouri. She is a frequent presenter on the implementation of technology in the field of bankruptcy and out-of-the-box thinking for bankruptcy representation.
Ms. Foley is Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification. She previously worked in the health care field for 20 years.
Ms. Foley received the inaugural K. Colleen Nunnelly Award by the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, is a member of the Missouri Bar Association Pro Bono Hall of Fame and is a frequent honoree of the Best of The Kansas City Bar Award. She received her undergraduate degree in the sciences and medicine from Creighton University and her J.D. from Creighton School of Law.
