<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Ameneh Bordi</strong> is a senior managing associate in Sidley Austin LLP’s Washington, D.C., office, where she concentrates her practice on overseeing the execution of complex, high-stakes restructurings. She advises clients on all facets of chapter 11 reorganizations and out-of-court restructurings, with experience spanning sophisticated company- and creditor-side representations in some of the most prominent chapter 11 cases. Before joining Sidley, Ms. Bordi was a restructuring associate at a leading global law firm, where she played a central role in numerous high-profile restructurings. She also served as in-house counsel at a major technology company, supporting the global expansion and public policy initiatives of its cloud division. Ms. Bordi received her J.D. <em>magna cum laude</em> from New York University School of Law, where she was admitted to the Order of the Coif and served as a staff editor for the <em>Annual Survey of American Law</em>.</p>
