<p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">The Honorable Noah G. Hillen has served as a United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Idaho since August 31, 2020, and was appointed Chief Bankruptcy Judge on November 28, 2023. Judge Hillen earned his undergraduate degree from the College of Idaho in 2004 and his law degree from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2007. Following graduation, he clerked for Justice Joel D. Horton of the Idaho Supreme Court. He then spent four years in Boise practicing commercial litigation and bankruptcy law, focusing primarily on representing creditors and trustees in Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 proceedings, as well as financial institutions in complex commercial litigation and workout agreements. From 2014 to 2020, he served as a Chapter 7 panel trustee for the District of Idaho. In 2021, the American Bankruptcy Institute recognized Judge Hillen as a member of its 40 Under 40 class.</span></p>
