IRENE is an associate director at GlassRatner in Atlanta, where she specializes in helping clients navigate financial distress, bankruptcy and litigation-driven challenges. With deep expertise in forensic accounting, fraud investigations, valuation and damages analysis, she provides strategic clarity to both debtors and creditors in high-stakes, complex matters. Her work includes financial investigations, restructuring and litigation support. She has led high-profile assignments across North America, serving clients in such industries as real estate, health care, investment funds, financial services, government and regulatory, credit card processing, hospitality, retail and telecommunications.

Irene holds the Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) designation and has completed the knowledge portion of the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) credential. In 2023, she authored What Is Forensic Accounting? for the Georgia Society of CPAs, contributing to the profession’s broader understanding of transparency and accountability. A passionate advocate for women in restructuring and insolvency, she serves on the board of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation’s (IWIRC’s) Georgia Network. In 2024, she was recognized as a finalist for IWIRC’s International Rising Star Award. She also is active in the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and the Women’s White Collar Defense Association (WWCDA). Within her firm, she was selected as a firm ambassador, promoting mentorship, collaboration and professional development.

Born and raised in Ukraine, and fluent in Ukranian and Russian, Irene brings a grounded sense of resilience and a global perspective to her work, as well as compassion to her professional and community roles. Outside of the office, she volunteers as a translator for newly arrived Ukrainian refugees — support that is deeply connected to her heritage and values.
