Gregory Fox is a senior associate in Goodwin Procter LLP's Financial Restructuring practice in New York and represents debtors, creditors, committees, investors, purchasers and other parties-in-interest in bankruptcy proceedings, out-of-court restructurings and insolvency-related litigations. His representa- tions span a variety of industries, including financial services, retail, health care, automotive, consumer products, telecommunications and education. Mr. Fox received his B.S. in 2002 from Cornell University and his J.D. magna cum laude in 2006 from Brooklyn Law School.
