<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Jeffrey S. Fraser</strong> is a partner with ALAW in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and is the firm’s national Bankruptcy Partner. In this pivotal role, he works closely with each state’s managing attorneys as it relates to training, legal strategy, and all facets of the firm’s bankruptcy practice. Mr. Fraser is admitted to practice in the state of Florida and also is admitted to all federal district courts in the state of Texas, where he has extended his bankruptcy practice. In recognition of his efforts, he was selected by <em>Super Lawyers</em> as one of its “Florida Rising Stars” from 2019-23. Additionally, Mr. Fraser was named a 2017 Blackshear Fellow by the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges (NCBJ), and he is a 2020 ABI “40 Under 40” honoree, as well as a 2021 Junior Professional of the Year Award recipient by the American Legal & Finance Network (ALFN). He has published articles on bankruptcy issues in such publications as the <em>ALFN</em>, <em>DS News</em>, the <em>Southern District of Florida Beacon</em> and the <em>Legal League</em>. He also holds the highest rating by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Fraser received his B.A. in 2007 from the University of Miami and his J.D. in 2010 from the University of Miami School of Law.</p>
