<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Dania Slim</strong> is a partner with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw & Pittman LLP in Palm Beach, Fla., and New York, where she focuses her practice on insolvency and restructuring, chapter 15, cross-border and international insolvency, distressed M&A real estate, Latin America distressed real estate, aviation, aerospace and transportation, health care insolvency and restructuring, and energy. Selected as a “Rising Star” by <em>Law360</em> and listed in <em>The Best Layers in America</em> and in <em>Super Lawyers</em>, a significant portion of her practice also focuses on Latin America. Ms. Slim is a 2020 honoree of ABI’s “40 Under 40” program. She received her B.A. <em>cum laude</em> in 2005 from Florida International University and her J.D. in 2008 from The George Washington University Law School, where she served as executive editor of the <em>George Washington University Law Review</em>.</p>
