Mrs. Jolene Wee

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Jolene E. Wee, CIRA, CDBV</strong> is the owner, managing director and founder of JW Infinity Consulting, LLC (JWI) in New York, a financial advisory firm specializing in transaction advisory, interim management, litigation consulting, and forensic accounting for distressed companies and their stakeholders. For almost 20 years, she has advised investors, fiduciaries, creditors’ committees, lenders, debtors, legal counsel, high‑net‑worth individuals and public agencies on restructuring, bankruptcy, litigation, forensic, financing, merger, cross‑border and buyout matters. Ms. Wee currently serves as an examiner and chapter 11 trustee on ongoing chapter 11 matters and as a subchapter V trustee in Region 2 (Southern and Eastern Districts of New York) and Region 4 (District of Maryland, District of Columbia, and Eastern District of Virginia). Using her mathematics and computer‑science background, she deploys large‑scale data analytics to derive forward‑looking business insights grounded in accounting, finance and economics. Ms. Wee has testified regarding chapter 11 plan feasibility and performed solvency analyses, fraudulent‑transfer analyses and business valuations in bankruptcy litigation matters, with case experience across banking, e‑commerce, financial services, health care, insurance, manufacturing, professional services, real estate, retail and technology companies with revenues up to $15 billion. She is a member of the boards of ABI and the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees (NABT), and she was named to ABI’s 2020 “40 Under 40” class. Ms. Wee was Finance Monthly Global Awards’ Valuation Adviser of the Year in 2018, and led JWI’s engagement recognized by the 2025 Special Situation M&amp;A award from Global M&amp;A Network for the Total Auto Financing chapter 11 sale. She received her bachelor’s degrees in mathematics and business administration with a focus on finance from Berea College, and her M.B.A. from Miami University of Ohio.</p>
