<p>Jennifer B. Kimble is counsel in Willkie Farr & Gallagher's New York office. Jennifer has frequently represented chapter 11 debtors, official committees of creditors and retirees, stalking-horse purchasers, lenders and trustees in bankruptcy proceedings, commercial litigation and out-of-court restructurings and has over 20 years of experience representing clients in the mining, automotive and consumer goods sectors. Within the Restructuring Department at Willkie, Jenn leads market intelligence, client development, attorney education, internal legal transformation and group efficiency efforts and practice strategy. </p><p><br></p><p>Jenn serves on the ABI’s Board of Directors and was a member of ABI’s inaugural class of “40 under 40” in 2017. She was Chair of IWIRC in 2022 and currently serves on IWIRC's Advisory Council and Strategic Planning Task Force. Jenn is admitted to practice law in Alabama, Mississippi and New York. She received her undergraduate degree summa cum laude from Mississippi State University and her J.D. cum laude from the University of Mississippi.</p>
