Monique B. DiSabatino is partner in Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP’s Bankruptcy and RestructuringPractice in Wilmington, Del., and concentrates her practice on a broad range of commercial bankruptcy, workout and restructuring matters in which she represents debtors, trade creditors, landlords, equity-holders and other parties. She has served as counsel in many large chapter 11 cases over the years, representing clients in a range of industries including manufacturing, distribution, retail, hospitality andconstruction, and real estate development. She has also served as lead or co-counsel to numerous chapter11 debtors, including API Americas, Inc., Center City Healthcare, LLC d/b/a Hahnemann UniversityHospital and KIKO USA, Inc. Ms. DiSabatino has been recognized as a leading lawyer in ChambersUSA and as a “Rising Star” in Super Lawyers. She also was honored as a member of the 2020 class ofABI’s “40 under 40” program. She frequently publishes articles on the subject of bankruptcy and re-structuring law in a variety of publications.
