 PATRICK is a partner at AlixPartners, LLP. He is a turnaround consultant and interim executive with nearly 20 years of experience guiding companies through periods of crisis and change, advising management, treasury and FP&A teams, as well as creditor constituencies through complex restructurings. He specializes in advising senior management teams with long-term business plans, forecasting and managing liquidity, creating value by building the top line and reducing cost, and executing change. He also has developed detailed transformation plans that have generated hundreds of millions of dollars in value for his clients, whereby he reviews the strategies and operations performances of businesses for best practices. Previously, he was a manager with Ernst & Young Restructuring and an associate at Zolfo Cooper.

Patrick received the Rising Star of the Profession award from Consulting Magazine in 2018, Restructuring Deal of the Year for his work on Grupo AeroMexico by Ishka Aviation Finance in 2022, the Turnaround of the Year - Mega Company Award for his work with Eastman Kodak Co. by the Turnaround Management Association in 2014, and the Turnaround of the Year - Large Company Award for his work with Altegrity Inc. by the Turnaround Management Association in 2016. In addition, AlixPartners has recognized him for being a “Culture Carrier” of the firm’s core values he infuses into his daily work, and he has received multiple “Achievement in Excellence” awards for advising Kodak, AeroMexico and Cirque du Soleil.

Patrick is known to invest time in his teams and colleagues. He maintains several mentoring relationships and also facilitates the Alix Growth Circles program, which aims to grow and retain diverse professionals within the firm. He has served as an instructor and panelist as part of the firm’s “Financial Advisory for Restructuring Attorneys” program, where firm professionals meet with law firms and help attorneys understand what the firm is doing with its debtor-side clients. Outside of work, he holds a senior position in Catholic Renewal, leading fundraising and service initiatives to help feed the hungry. He also serves on the advisory board for Protect Our Winters, a climate advocacy nonprofit, and he has served as captain of his men’s ice hockey team since 2005.
