<p>Uchechi Egeonuigwe is a Senior Associate in Hogan Lovells’ Los Angeles office and a member of the firm’s Corporate & Finance practice, focusing on complex corporate restructurings and insolvency matters. Uchechi represents corporate debtors, creditor groups, distressed borrowers, private equity sponsors, and institutional investors in sophisticated restructuring engagements. Uchechi received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Riverside and her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law.</p>
