ADAM is a partner in the Turnaround & Restructuring Services practice at AlixPartners, LLP in New York. He has more than 14 years of restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, financial advisory and accounting experience across numerous industries. His advisory experience includes assisting both companies and creditors through workout situations and has covered all areas of the restructuring process, including liquidity management, business plan development, due diligence, creditor negotiations, financial planning and sale of assets. A CPA, he began his career at KPMG as an auditor, where he specialized in providing services to investment management clients. In 2024, he took on his first interim-management role as a Deputy Chief Transition Officer.

In 2023, Adam was recognized with the Rising Star of the Profession award by Consulting Magazine. He also received an Achievement in Excellence Award from the firm in 2023 for his work on the FTX engagement, and his work on Avaya in 2018 was recognized by the Turnaround Management Association for Transaction of the Year: Mega Company. In addition, he has received awards for his role as an AlixCoach and his role in support of onboarding the firm’s new class of junior consultants, including the Culture Carrier Award for being someone who lives the AlixPartners core values. He also was nominated by junior colleagues and received an Achievement in Excellence Award (2020) for his mentorship and development of those individuals.

A grandchild of Holocaust survivors, Adam focuses his time supporting causes that are meaningful to him. In 2022, he ran his first marathon and raised more than $10,000 for Holocaust survivors as part of The Blue Card organization. In addition, he serves as recruitment co-chair of United Jewish Appeal’s (UJA) NextGen Restructuring Committee, which is comprised of 100 restructuring professionals, including fund managers, investment bankers, financial advisors, lawyers, turnaround professionals, claims agents and communication professionals who are rising stars and young leaders in the industry. The committee is focused on raising crucial funds so UJA can respond quickly and effectively to the most pressing issues of the day — in New York, in Israel and around the world. In addition, he serves on the board of the Community Initiative for Holocaust Survivors Allocation Committee, working with others on the board to review annual business plans and decide which organizations to allocate crucial funds to in order to support living Holocaust survivors.
