JENNIFER is a director in the Turnaround and Restructuring Practice of AlixPartners, LLP in Chicago and serves as a trusted advisor to organizations facing financial or operational challenges. She partners with management, finance teams and other stakeholders to navigate companies through operational challenges and transformation. She specializes in optimizing liquidity, developing long-term business plans, and creating value by implementing strategic initiatives. She has wide-ranging experience across multiple industries, including manufacturing, industrials, automotive and health care. She has been involved in a number of complex restructurings in recent years, including Fieldwood Energy LLC, Vice Media, Phoenix Service LLC and Akumin, Inc. Most recently, she served as interim CFO to a facilities management and emergency response company.

In 2024, Jennifer was recognized by her firm through two Achievement in Excellence Awards that recognized her overall leadership in client engagements, commitment to practice development and the broader impact of her work within the practice. She also has served on the board of directors for the Chicago Network of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation.

Jennifer is actively involved in the development of early-career professionals through mentoring, training and inclusion-focused initiatives. She leads efforts within her firm to strengthen the pipeline of diverse talent and create opportunities for women to advance in restructuring and related fields. She credits her experience as a collegiate athlete with instilling the perseverance and discipline that continue to influence her approach to leadership and client service.
