Lindsey is a member of ABI and the National Association of Women Lawyers. She was recognized in 2025 by both Chambers USA in its Up and Coming: Bankruptcy/Restructuring list, and in Turnarounds & Workouts as an Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyer. She also was named a Law360 Rising Star in Bankruptcy. In addition, she has been a panel expert for the American College of Bankruptcy and the Southern Bankruptcy Law Institute.
Lindsey came into restructuring after teaching in China, having been drawn to the complexity and urgency of helping clients navigate financial distress. Her experience in the classroom helped her learn how to focus a group, think on her feet and connect with people from all backgrounds. She brings the same commitment to her pro bono work, including helping asylum-seekers and DACA recipients secure legal protections, and she has led teams representing “dreamers” and asylees, including a female military professor who fled the Taliban after the fall of Kabul. In addition, she focuses on teaching others and has been recognized for her dedicated mentorship and leadership in women’s groups within the firms where she has worked. An avid runner, she has run five of the six Abbott World Marathon Majors, and she volunteers with the Chicago Area Runner’s Association.
