ERIN is a managing director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Case Management Services in Chicago, where she specializes in information management and bankruptcy case administration. She brings more than 15 years of restructuring experience advising private and public companies, working with clients across a range of industries, including media, wholesale and retail, coal, oil and gas, telecommunications and manufacturing. She has extensive expertise in end-to-end bankruptcy administration, from strategic bankruptcy preparation to the implementation of reorganization plans.

Erin received the Turnaround Management Association’s (TMA’s) Transaction of the Year award in 2020 for her work on the iHeartMedia case and in 2016 for her work on the Patriot Coal case. She also received The M&A Advisor’s Consumer and Retail Products Deal of the Year award in 2013 for her work on Furniture Brands, and TMA’s Turnaround of the Year award in 2012 for her work on Harry & David and in 2011 for her work on Chemtura. In addition, she leads classes on bankruptcy preparation for her work colleagues and has presented at ABI’s Southwest Bankruptcy Conference. Recently, she spoke at the Jay L. Westbrook Bankruptcy Conference regarding the claims-resolution process in chapter 11.

Erin is proud of her work with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, starting as a donor then transitioning to serve as co-chair of its Women’s Board for three years. She currently serves as an active member of the board. Separately, she is a member of Young Catholic Renewal of the New York Diocese, which is heavily sponsored by restructuring advisors. A staunch proponent of diversity and promoting women throughout the industry, she regularly mentors working moms in the restructuring industry, empowering them with lessons she has learned during her career, and teaching them the tools to achieve a desirable work/life balance.
