KERRIANN is a partner in the firm’s restructuring group and has extensive experience representing companies, secured lenders and other parties-in-interest in a wide variety of corporate reorganization and insolvency-related matters, including out-of-court restructurings and complex chapter 11 proceedings. She has advised clients in restructuring matters across a broad range of industries, including automotive, broadcasting, energy, manufacturing and publishing.
Kerriann has also dedicated considerable efforts toward promoting diversity and inclusion in the legal profession. She is a member of Sidley’s Committee on Retention and Promotion of Women and Diversity. In addition, she serves on the board of directors of the Chicago Committee on Minorities in Large Law Firms, a nonprofit organization that seeks racial and ethnic diversity in the legal profession through professional development, programming, mentoring, networking and leadership opportunities. In 2018, Kerriann was selected as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.
