LINDSAY is a shareholder in the firm’s Business Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Group, where she represents a broad array of corporate clients in matters including chapter 11 reorganizations, asset sales and acquisitions, bankruptcy-related litigation and appellate practice. Prior to moving to Portland, Maine, in 2015, she practiced in the Financial Restructuring group at Akin Gump in New York, where she advised borrowers, committees, indenture trustees and bondholders in complex chapter 11 cases, including in GM, Friendly’s, Kodak and Energy Future Holdings.Lindsay is a member of the bars of New York and Maine, sits on the board of the New England Network of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation, serves on the advisory board for ABI’s Northeast Bankruptcy Conference, and is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the Maine State Bar Association.Lindsay has also served on the Young Alumni Advisory Board (YAAB) to the Dartmouth College Fund — the biggest source of financial aid for undergraduates. The YAAB works with the Fund on strategies for establishing and growing contributions among young alumni, and she has been recognized for her commitment to leading classmates in volunteering to help future generations of socioeconomically disadvantaged students attend her alma mater.
