<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Lindsay Zahradka Milne</strong> is a partner with Verrill Dana LLP in Portland, Maine, where her practice focuses on counseling businesses of all sizes in restructuring their financial obligations and streamlining their operations, both in chapter 11 proceedings and out of court; advising lenders and other parties-in-interest in workout negotiations and bankruptcy-related litigation; assisting investors in the purchase of distressed assets and in other special situations; and advising official committees of unsecured creditors in maximizing the value of chapter 11 debtors’ assets for the benefit of the debtors’ estates. Ms. Milne works across the country and across borders on both modest and large matters. She is a member of the bars of New York, New Hampshire and Maine, and she has served on the board of the New England Network of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation. She also is an ABI Board member and served on the advisory board of its Northeast Bankruptcy Conference, and she was honored as one of ABI’s “40 Under 40” in 2018. Ms. Milne was named a <em>Super Lawyers</em> “Rising Star” in 2018, was recognized by <em>Chambers USA</em> for excellence in bankruptcy in 2020 and 2022, and was recognized in <em>The Best Lawyers in America</em> for Bankruptcy and Creditor Rights/Insolvency and Reorganization Law in 2025. She has appeared as a panelist at national bankruptcy and creditors’ rights programs and has authored articles appearing in ABI publications and others. Ms. Milne received her B.A. <em>magna cum laude</em> in cognitive science from Dartmouth College in 2007 and her J.D. <em>cum laude </em>from Fordham University School of Law in 2010, where she was an associate editor of the <em>Fordham Urban Law Journal</em> and a moot court competitor.</p>
